About The Conversation Conference

The Conversation Conference (TCC) is a gathering dedicated to advancing dialogue and action around mental health.The conference aims to break stigma, influence policy, and promote practical solutions that support mental well-being in homes, workplaces, communities, and the country at large.

Each year, TCC explores timely mental health themes through expert panels, personal stories, creative performances, and cross-sector collaboration, creating a powerful platform for awareness, education, and change...

While we await the official theme announcement from the World Health Organization (WHO), preparations for TCC 4.0 are already in full swing. Consultations are ongoing, and our team is working hard behind the scenes to ensure this year’s event reflects the urgency, diversity, and relevance of mental health conversations in Nigeria and across the region.
